Warranty
Warranty is for exchange only within 30 days of date of purchase. We do not
offer cash refunds. All returns must be made with the original invoice. However
merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. We
are not responsible for the part if it has been atlered, modified, disassembled
or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase.
New aftermarket items
All items that are aftermarket and sold new will have the warranty as stated
above. Aftermarket electrical/non-electrical items may be returned within 30
days from the date of purchase for exchange only. The original invoice must accompany
the returned item.
Used/salvage electrical parts
Electrical items have no warranty. All sales are final. Used electrical parts
have no warranty and are sold “as is”. No exceptions. These are used parts and
may not be perfect.
Damaged parts
Please contact cbvettes immediately upon receiving a damaged part and we will
give you further instructions regarding returning the damaged item.
Please save all packing material from the shipped part.
Shipping
Cost of shipping/delivery
is to be paid by the buyer. We use UPS for all our shipping.
Refused shipments
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling
and will be charged a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price.
Miscellaneous policies
Individual products are subject to substitution, discontinuation, or a change
in specification without prior notice. Errors in printing are possible.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to market demand and may not
be reflected on the website.

on their invoice or other document.
